Until our VIEWS model homes are completed in North Oshawa (currently under construction), we are excited to meet with you at our temporary Sales Office/Model Home located in Bowmanville at 424 Northglen Blvd, (east of Middle Road), where you can view our floor plans and pick your lot.
You can either be pre-approved by your current bank, or we have a finance team in place that can facilitate your needs to help with your purchase of your home. Marlene Jobb of Legacy Lending along with Dominion Lending are home specialists with many years of experience. Their information can be found on our website.
Our Decor Centre is currently located on-site at the Sales Office/Model Home at our temporary location in Bowmanville. Upon completion of our VIEWS Model Homes in North Oshawa, the Decor Centre will be located in our new Sales Office/Model Home.
We are one of the few subdivision builders that will entertain modifications to our floor plans, within reason. Major structural changes are not something we accommodate on our subdivision homes, but other changes to help benefit your family needs and lifestyle will certainly be considered.
We are currently under construction of our two fully furnished and decorated model homes. They should be completed and ready for viewing late spring of this year (2024).
We are currently building some inventory homes and could facilitate a quick closing in the third quarter of 2024. For other non-inventory homes, speak to our Sales Rep, and all consideration will be made when balancing construction scheduling with your situation and desired closing date.
This is a house that we start to build prior to having a signed purchase and sale agreement on. We often pause the building process at a point where the new purchaser still has the flexibility to customize their finishing selections. Possession dates tend to be quicker on an inventory home than on other builds, as our team of builders and craftspeople have had a head start.
Price lists are generally only available at our model home/ sales office. We want to meet you, and to see your smiling face after you have had a chance to review our model and have seen our superior finishes.
Yes, you will have a fully sodded lot (including back AND front yards) and a paved driveway.
The short answer is “No”, but we have trusted partners in these fields of service that we can recommend to you.
Yes. It is generally around $2500, depending on the price of your house. This is a fee that is adjusted on closing. The Tarion warranty is mandatory in Ontario, providing limited protection for 7 years. For more information, visit tarion.com.
There are a number of closing costs that seem to vary depending on your builder and municipality. We believe that you should have some certainty on these costs to help facilitate your buying decision, therefore we put a hard cap on those costs so that there are no surprises at closing. This varies depending on your lot and model choice, but can be discussed with your Jeffery sales representative.
Location, Location, Location... and Quality, Quality, Quality. Our community is at the highest elevation of Harmony Road in Oshawa. The “Views” are stunning. You need to come experience a sunset for yourself and you will be sold.

Again, the short answer is “No”. BUT, there are certain stages of construction that are safer than others for a visit and we will do our utmost to accommodate a site visit. For safety reasons, it is mandatory that you be accompanied by one of our staff.
Finished basements are an option with our houses, but the rough-ins and planning process during building are very accommodating for finishing during the building process. This gives you the added flexibility to either choose for us to do it for you, or to design and finish it later, when your budget allows.

A Net Zero Ready Home uses up to 80% less energy than a home built to traditional standards. A Net Zero Ready Home has all the features of a Net Zero Home without solar panels. However, everything has already been designed and constructed to easily put the solar panels in place. 19. Yes, we do. We often have lots at various locations pre-purchased and available to accommodate these requests. However, it is worth nothing that many of our homeowners consider us to be a custom home builder in a subdivision setting. This makes for a unique and premium buying, building, and living experience.
