- Steel sectional roll up embossed garage doors with a unique 5 layer paint system exterior finish, as per elevation.

Garage interiors are fully drywalled, gas-proofed and primed finish. Steel sectional roll up embossed garage doors included, as per elevation.

Double stainless steel undermount sink with energy efficient single lever upgraded faucet featuring pullout spray.
Separate shower stall (where applicable) to include ceramic tile with shower light, quartz jambs and frameless glass surround with water conserving shower head.
4-piece bathroom will include acrylic free standing oval tub, as per plan.
High efficiency hot water tank (not a rental). Compact in size and virtually eliminates standby heat loss caused by water sitting in storage style water tanks.
